Our Focus

Our research interests lies at the interface of inorganic and polymer chemistry  with emphasis on utilization of green house gas for making useful polymers. We are motivated to explore novel approaches for recycling the renewable resources such as plants and CO2 for making polymers containing ether, ester and carbonate linkages which eventually contributes towards circular economy. We would like to explore our novel approach of making metallopolymers by introducing functionalization in polycarbonate polymers which will open gates for their applications in Drug Delivery, Micellar catalysis, self healing materials and matrices for tissue engineering.
